Payment:

The $20 non-refundable deposit only covers research! You are paying me to research the car/charms you want for 1 hour instead of you doing it yourself and sending it to my P.O. box.

• I will send a second invoice to cover the cost of ordering and shipping the diecast car/extra charms to me. Some diecast cars cost more than others, especially if it is rare or popular. This can be up to $100 or more, but in most cases it will be $50 or less. If you decide the project is out of your budget after receiving the second invoice, you will be refunded your total, excluding the deposit.
• In some rare cases, the deposit may cover some of the diecast car price.
• If you do not pay the second invoice within 48 hours of receiving it, your order will be cancelled and refunded, excluding the $20 deposit, if there is no response after reaching out.

Timeline:

This is a long process; it will take weeks for you to receive your keychain.

• Ordering the diecast car, charms, and collecting other necessary materials can take 1-3+ weeks.
• Once I’ve received the car and any other materials, I will begin creating your custom keychain. It can take 2-3+ weeks for me to complete your project.
• Delivery can take 1-4+ weeks, depending on whether you are within the US or international.
• In total, it COULD take up to 3 months or longer. If you aren’t up to waiting for that long, then this is not something you should order. In most situations, custom orders won’t take 3+ months, but it is possible. I do my best to work as quickly as I can, but I also want to ensure your custom piece is a high-quality piece of art.. Personalization:

• Please include the make, model, year, and color of the car, bike, or truck you want. I will research for 1 hour to find a diecast of the car you want. If I find the car you want in a color you didn’t request, I will inform you and give you the option to purchase my custom paint option (if you didn’t already), or we can stick with the original color I found.
• If I can’t find the car you want, you will be given two options:
  • Cancel and refund your total, excluding the $20 deposit.
  • Choose another car. If your second choice also cannot be found, you can make a 3rd request and choose to be invoiced $20 for another hour of research.
• If you’ve requested a specific character, I will also reach out with options or let you know none are available. Some charms or characters are harder to find or may not be found. I can also handmake some charms and characters with clay or resin.
• If you are ordering a beaded keychain, please include the color of beads you'd like. If selecting a beaded chain, let me know what color of beads as well. I am happy to do multiple colors of beads or one theme. If you leave no specifications for charm or bead colors, I will assume to match the car.

Style Options:

• Car Only (you will receive a keychain of the car with the attachment of your choice)
• Car With Beads (you will receive a keychain of the car with beads and the attachment of your choice)

Attachment Options:

• Star Keychain (recommended if you are looking to attach your keychain to your keys, bag, etc)
• Chain (recommended if you are looking to attach your keychain to your rearview mirror, bag, hanging somewhere, etc)
• Beaded Chain (recommended if you are looking to attach your keychain to your rearview mirror, bag, hanging somewhere, etc)

Custom Paint Options:

• No Custom Paint
• Add Custom Paint (includes drilling, stripping the original paint, cleaning, new paint, and reassembly)

This listing is for a custom-made keychain, please include all personalization requirements! If ordering as a gift for a certain date, please remember to order ahead of time, as it can take up to 3+ months to make, plus my standard processing and shipping times.

Please note that these keychains are made by hand. Because these are made by a human, and not a machine, there may be some small imperfections in the charms, beads, or any other part of the keychain.
