Shipping policy

US Orders: 1-2 weeks order processing, 3-5+ business days delivery after shipped

International Orders: 1-2 weeks order processing, 1-4+ weeks delivery after shipped

I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, but I am more than happy to offer repairs on keychains, phone charms, and jewelry. The customer is responsible for shipping fees on repairs. Please email shopcarbonstudios@gmail.com for repair inquiries before sending your items to my PO box.

I am not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, it is the customer's responsibility to input the shipping address correctly. If a package is returned to me, you must pay the shipping fee again using a valid address. If you don't want your order anymore, you can choose not to pay and you will not get anything back. If you do not reply to my email and/or pay the invoice within 7 days, the order will be considered abandoned. After that, the items will be returned to inventory and will be available for others to purchase.

I do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. I am not responsible for any additional customs, tariffs, taxes, or shipping fees applied to your order.
