Build Your Dream Diecast Car Keychain - Customer Provides Car (Custom Order)

How To Order

1. You must send an email to shopcarbonstudios@gmail.com before you decide to send me a diecast car; otherwise, I will assume it’s a gift and/or may be listed for sale in my shop. If you do not specify in an email or note within the package that it is for a custom order, you will not receive anything back from me. In your email, please include your name, the car you are sending, and all of the custom options you want to choose. See listing photos and description for order options and prices.
   1. Example email: My name is Diamond Frazier and I will be sending in a 1996 Mazda Miata for a custom order. I would like the car custom painted matcha green with a star keychain and green beads to match. I would also like a mini matcha bottle charm if possible, thank you!
   2. Example email: My name is Diamond Frazier and I will be sending in a Porsche 964 for a custom order. I would like to add a beaded chain in red and no extra beads or charms, thank you!
2. I can turn any 1:64 diecast car into a keychain. The size can also be smaller than 1:64, but cannot be larger. If you are unsure whether your diecast car will work for a keychain, please email me with the link or photos. You can use a car from your own collection and send it yourself. You can also order a diecast car online and have it shipped directly to me, instead of to you, and then to me. This will help you avoid paying for multiple shipping costs. You can also send any specific beads, charms, or mini figures you would like to add to your keychain.
3. You must address the package with my name, Diamond Frazier, and not Carbon Studios. If you use Carbon Studios instead of my name, it will be returned to the sender.  Use the address exactly as written: Diamond Frazier 4530 W Crystal Lake Rd #73 Mchenry IL 60051
4. Once I receive the diecast car and any other materials you’ve included, I will send you an invoice with the options you’ve chosen. Then I will begin working on your project, please read below for the timeline. If you do not pay the invoice within 48 hours of receiving it and do not reply to follow-up messages, your order will be cancelled, and the keychain will be posted for anyone to purchase.
5. If you have any questions before or after ordering, please email shopcarbonstudios@gmail.com.

Timeline:

This is a long process; it will take weeks for you to receive your keychain.

• Depending on where you are ordering/shipping from, it may take 1-3+ weeks for me to receive the car and/or anything else you choose to send. It’s most helpful if you are able to provide tracking information to me, as I only check my P.O. box every 1-2 weeks.
• Once I’ve received the car and any other materials, I will begin creating your custom keychain. It can take 2-3+ weeks for me to complete your project.
• Delivery can take 1-4+ weeks, depending on whether you are within the US or international.
• In total, it COULD take up to 3 months or longer. If you aren’t up to waiting for that long, then this is not something you should order. In most situations, custom orders won’t take 3+ months, but it is possible. I do my best to work as quickly as I can, but I also want to ensure your custom piece is a high-quality piece of art.. Personalization:

• Please include the style and attachment options in your email, as well as include the color you want if you are choosing custom paint.
• If you are ordering a beaded keychain, please include the color of beads you'd like in your email. If selecting a beaded chain, let me know what color of beads as well. I am happy to do multiple colors of beads or one theme. If you leave no specifications for bead colors, I will assume to match the car.

Style Options:

• Car Only (you will receive a keychain of the car with the attachment of your choice)
• Car With Beads (you will receive a keychain of the car with beads and the attachment of your choice)

Attachment Options:

• Star Keychain (recommended if you are looking to attach your keychain to your keys, bag, etc)
• Chain (recommended if you are looking to attach your keychain to your rearview mirror, bag, hanging somewhere, etc)
• Beaded Chain (recommended if you are looking to attach your keychain to your rearview mirror, bag, hanging somewhere, etc)

Custom Paint Options:

• No Custom Paint
• Add Custom Paint (includes drilling, stripping the original paint, cleaning, new paint, and reassembly)

This listing is for a custom-made keychain, please include all personalization requirements! If ordering as a gift for a certain date, please remember to order ahead of time, as it can take up to 3+ months to make, plus my standard processing and shipping times.

Please note that these keychains are made by hand. Because these are made by a human, and not a machine, there may be some small imperfections in the charms, beads, or any other part of the keychain.
